Super creamy condensed milk chocolate chip

This is an easy-to-make iced condensed milk biscuit recipe that will surely please everyone in your house! You only need 6 ingredients: biscuit, chocolate, milk, condensed milk, cream and cornstarch. The type of biscuit depends on your preference, there are people who prefer to use the classic cornstarch biscuit, other people prefer Maria biscuits and others still prefer the champagne biscuit because it is very wet and soft.

The preparation of this super creamy ice cream biscuit recipe with condensed milk with chocolate is no secret: just prepare the white cream in the pan, melt the chocolate, assemble the dessert in layers with biscuit and take it to chill. When it hardens, it's ready to serve! Check out the step-by-step photos below and try it out.

Ingredients for making a super creamy condensed milk chocolate biscuit:

 400 grams of milk chocolate or semisweet (in bars or drops)

 800 milliliters of whole milk

 1 can of condensed milk

 2 tablespoons of cornstarch (cornstarch)

 1 package of cornstarch biscuit, Maria biscuit or champagne biscuit (200 g)

 ½ box of whey-free cream

How to make a super creamy condensed milk chocolate biscuit:

Place the cornstarch in a pan, add a little whole milk and stir until dissolved. Add the rest of the milk and also the condensed milk and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens as shown in the photo (15-20 minutes). Reserve this white cream.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave at maximum power, in cycles of 30 seconds, removing to stir - it is important to melt the chocolate this way so that it does not burn. Let it cool a little, add the cream and stir until well blended.

After the previous steps assemble this ice cream biscuit candy in a refractory: place a layer of white cream, cover with biscuit, place another layer of white cream and cover with more biscuit. Do it this way until finished and complete with the chocolate from the previous step.

Tip: If you want you can also use hobby biscuit to prepare this quick and easy frozen dessert!

Take your frozen creamy condensed milk biscuit to chill for 1-2 hours or until the chocolate is hard. Then remove from refrigerator and leave at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving, to melt a little and become deliciously creamy. Enjoy your food!
